Once you have completed the introduction to Tai Chi you are ready to move to this course. There will be review of what you have already been exposed to in the previous classes and then proceed with new postures. These added movements will help you continue in completing the Form as well improve your skills, of balance, breathing, stress reduction and overall body coordination and strength. Be sure to wear loose comfortable clothing. We will practice barefoot or with stockings that don’t slip on the floor. Course material fee of $17.00 (included DVD for home practice) payable to St Cloud Karate & Tai Chi Instruction will be collected at the class meeting.
