Kid Care is a childcare program for children participating in the Little Spartans Preschool program.
Little Spartans Preschool serves children ages 3, 4, and 5 years old in a developmentally appropriate learning environment. We invite all families, regardless of income, to participate in our school readiness programs.
Spartan Spot offers childcare for incoming kindergarten through 5th grade students.
Flow Yoga: Are you interested in improved flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, balance, blood flow, immune system, joint health, spine health, blood pressure, focus, sleep... Yes, this series can surely offer all that! This class is beginner-friendly with available modifications and is also sure to offer avenues for growth to even advanced yogis. The series borrows mostly from the Ashtanga tradition with its strong emphasis on breath and a continuous movement throughout.
