Children's Theatre Camp - It's Showtime!

Step into the spotlight and bring the magic of theatre to life in this exciting play-in-a-week camp! Young performers in grades 2–8 will explore the whimsical world of Seussical Jr., where the Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton the Elephant, JoJo, and a host of beloved Dr. Seuss characters in a colorful tale about friendship, imagination, and believing in yourself.  Throughout the week, students will develop acting, singing, and dancing skills while preparing for a fully staged performance at the end of the session. This immersive experience includes auditions, rehearsals, choreography, costuming, and more. Every participant will be cast in a speaking role and have the opportunity to perform a musical number on stage.  Presented in collaboration with Great Northern Theatre Company and co-sponsored by the Central Minnesota Arts  Board, this camp is perfect for aspiring young actors ready to shine on stage!
