Intro to Tai Chi Principles

You don't have time for a complete Tai Chi Course? Join us for this short presentation to introduce you to the concepts of how to keep a low center of gravity on one leg that is used in walking and going up and down steps. You can discover how to use your whole body for turning: doing 90 degree right and left turns and for making a complete turn around as in a 180 degree 'about face'. We will re-awaken the correct posture and body alignment to move forward, backwards and sideways. All of these Tai Chi principles are valuable for health and better you! Wear loose comfortable clothing and we will train with flat shoes or stocking footed.
