Adult Exercise Together (Dance)

Adult Programming / Adult Recreation -

EVERY BODY is designed to move regardless of age, size or ability – and we want to empower you to LOVE the body you’re in through positive music + movement. It’s time for YOU to be part of something where you’ll feel connection – not comparison! It’s time for YOU to get moving!!

Exercising together is more fun for all ages.  No special equipment or gear is required – just comfy clothing, tennis shoes, a big smile and water!  

Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday classes are held at Richmond Elementary from 6-7:15pm

Saturday classes are held at the District Education Facility from 7:30am-8:30am
