The core is the foundational support of our bodies. If you’re looking to improve muscle tone, posture support, and increase bone density, it can be accomplished with some simple tools such as a resistant band/cords, and resistant loop bands (bootie band).

Attire and Equipment: Wear comfortable workout attire and tennis shoes. Bring to class a water bottle, yoga matt, a couple strength style resistant bands/cords, and resistant loop bands based on your strength needs.
