Being Balanced and Centered

Do you FEAR stumbling, tripping, slipping and maybe even FALLING? Join us for an introduction to understanding how your body should move. You will learn body mechanics that will enhance your over all strength and centeredness. You will find these body principles in everyday actions such as sitting down, getting up and walking. With this new awareness of body alignment and structure, you can easily repeat these motions throughout your day. Be sure to wear loose comfortable clothing. We will practice barefooted, stocking fitted or with flat shoes.
