THESE SWIM LESSONS ARE ONLY FOR SPARTAN SPOT SUMMER FAMILIES 

Participants learn to swim without support. Safety topics include being able to recall parent/guardians names, home address, proper use of life jackets and boat safety.

Skills:

Jump into chest-deep water and return to the edge of pool

Bob underwater and hold breath

Front/back float

Front/back blast off

Flip flops (rolling from front to back and back to front)

Flutter kick with kick board

Treading water

Front/back crawl

Breaststroke kick
