Build your diving skills! Includes; goal setting, dry-land, board work, entries, all 5 categories of diving and lots of fun! Whether you just want to try something new or have the goal of diving at state, this camp is for you!

Students become acquainted with skills needed for competitive swimming; including backstroke, butterfly, breast stroke and freestyle. Diving from the diving board will not be included in the regular program. Basic swimming skills required; this program is NOT swimming lessons. Goals include instilling a love of swimming and develop a love for this life-long sport.
