    Little Spartans Preschool offers Discovery Time for children 3 years of age by September 1st of the current school year and Kinder Connection for children 4 years of age by September 1st of the current school year. 3-year old, Discovery Time will help your child prepare for the structure of Kinder Connection. Your child will experience a school year of hands-on learning activities that are educational and fun. Licensed teachers will help your child develop social-emotional skills through peer interaction and foster a love of learning. 4-and 5-year old, Kinder Connection will allow your child to experience all of the learning experiences that Discovery Time provide and more! Licensed teachers will focus on social-emotional skills, art, math, STEM, large & small motor movements, dramatic play, and language & literacy skills. Kinder Connection will give your child a solid foundation of skills to prepare for Kindergarten.
  • 6th Grade Golf Program

    Join the ROCORI Middle School Golf program this golf season. Get a taste for competitive golf before joining the official 7th/8th grade team next season! This program is for boys and girls golfers. Each golfer must own a set of clubs. 6th graders will participate in 2 home meets at River Oaks. The tentative season duration is April 2nd-May 17th Practices M-TH 3:30-5pm M,W,TH at RIVER OAKS GOLF COURSE Tuesdays at RICH SPRING GOLF COURSE Please pick up your students at 5pm at RMS each day.     Join Ashley Lindman for this fun, step by step hour and a half painting class! If your child is interested in embracing their artistic side than this is the enrichment class for you will learn basic painting techniques and meet new friends!
  • Busy Babies & Toddlers Evening Class

    ages birth-24 months. 6 weeks, non-separating. As your infant grows into a toddler, they become more independent, curious, and interested in other children. In these classes, you can join other families in our baby-safe environment where your child will have an opportunity for sensory play, socialization, songs, and movement. You will connect with other parents, discover ways to help your baby's development, celebrate milestones, ask questions, and gain friendship and support. We know babies are unpredictable, families free to come and go as their schedule allows.
  • CE Tennis - Green

    All our lessons use the “Progressive Tennis” system of modified courts and balls designed for the age and/or skill level of the players. Scale appropriate learning is used by many other sports (e.g. T-Ball, Mini-soccer, etc.). Tennis is learned faster and easier through this system. Green Level I - Ages 10+ Players learn to serve, rally, score, and play at net in singles and doubles on a regulation sized court with a low-compression transition ball. Lessons take players through a progression of skill building activities that speed learning. Green Level II - Ages 10+ This follow-up to Green level 1.0 also uses a low-compression transition ball. Players learn to rally with improved direction and height control, serve with better power and control, return serves, and approach and play net with volleys and overheads. Please bring your own athletic shoes, water bottle and Tennis racket.

    Come and learn how Cotton Candy is made with and without a machine. In this class we will be learning how Cotton Candy is made by heating and spinning flavored sugar and Jolly Ranchers. We will also be playing games for fun prizes like a carnival and every child will go home with Cotton Candy and Prizes. Come and have some fun with your friends and enjoy the carnival.

  • DASH Sports: Flag football Camp

    Dash Sports flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack (spikes/cleats, and mouthguards are optional). Football and other equipment is provided.

    DASH Sports: Soccer

    Soccer: DASH Sports soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills training (dribbling, passing, shooting, & defense) and skill-based games. Players will be challenged and grouped at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. Soccer Tykes: Dash Sports soccer Tykes camps provide players with an introductory experience to the game of soccer. Key elements of dribbling, passing, and shooting will be taught and practiced. Fun, skill-based games will be played to practice newly learned skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle (spikes and shin guards optional). Soccer balls are provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3 year old group and recommended when needed for the 4-6 year old group.

    DASH Sports: T-Ball Tykes

    DASH Sports summer T-ball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle, snack, and a baseball glove (spikes and bats are optional). Baseballs and bats are provided.

    Track and Field Camp: DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: Sprinting, javelin throwing, shotput, relay running, jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes. Track & Field Tykes: Track & Field Tykes: DASH Sports Track & Field Tykes camps provide participants with a basic introduction into Track & Field events. Participants will learn and practice how to correctly run, jump, and throw. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic ability & performance. Campers should bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic shoes.
  • Early Childhood Screening April 4

    In Minnesota, all children are required to complete Early Childhood Screening before entering kindergarten. Screening is FREE! As soon as your child is the age of 3 years of age, they are ready for screening. The earlier the better! An assessment of your child’s vision, hearing, height, weight, immunization records, & overall development will complete the screening process. Screening is held at the ROCORI DEF building, 527 Main St., Cold Spring, & is completed by trained screeners. Please schedule a screening appointment by calling ROCORI Community Ed. at 685-8631 OR by registering online at www.rocori.k12.mn.us and look for Early Childhood screening appointments under the Community Ed. Registration.
  • Elementary Swim Club

    Students become acquainted with skills needed for competitive swimming; including backstroke, butterfly, breast stroke and freestyle. Diving from the diving board will not be included in the regular program. Basic swimming skills required; this program is NOT swimming lessons. Goals include instilling a love of swimming and develop a love for this life-long sport.

    Learn how to use Popit fidgets to create candy, make music and play games! In this class we will be playing games, dancing, listening/making music and much more using fidgets. EVERYONE will bring home many fidgets of choice - and if good at games and with some luck many more fidgets will be yours! Come and have a great time with your friends and make new friends.

  • Future Spartans Fastpitch Camp

    Join us for the 2nd Annual Future Spartans Fastpitch Camp. The ROCORI Community youth are invited to sign up for a Skills and Drills Camp on Saturday, April 6th at ROCORI HS Gym. Current Players and Coaches, former Players and Coaches, along with community members and the Flames Softball Board, will be on hand to teach skills and drills related to the game of Fastpitch Softball. This camp is for students in grades 4th - 8th grade. Camp sessions will provide Hitting/Fielding/Baserunning drills, knowledge of the game, a Camp T-Shirt/Gift and Pizza provided after the conclusion of each session. There will also be an opportunity for Parents/Coaches to join Coach Derek Sauer (ROCORI Varsity) for a Practice Management and Drills session while the camp is going on. The Parents/Coaches session will be held at 10am for the students in grade 4,5 and 12pm for student in grade 6,7,8. The ROCORI Varsity Fastpitch Softball program, Flames Softball Board, and Community Education want to thank you for your participation! Let’s Play Ball!
  • Kid Care

    Kid Care offers children a wide variety of activities for groups and for individuals including art, music, crafts, dramatic play, games, etc. Children spend time outdoors almost every day throughout the year and may have access to a gym for active play. Registration opens for the 2024-2025 summer and school year for families already in our Preschool and Kid Care programs on February 14th. Registration opens to the public on February 21st.
