Join us for a class that will help you learn how you can easily raise Monarch caterpillars into butterflies in your own home. You will hear how to find the baby caterpillars (maybe even eggs), what to feed them, what to raise them in, how long it will take, how to release the butterfly after it emerges from its chrysalis and more. You will also receive the book: Raising Little Stripe, Caring for Monarchs From Egg to Butterfly, By: Joyce Hoberg Kaatz, a Minnesota author. This is a basic class suitable for kids, but we recommend an adult accompany them…also there will be some interesting general information for older attendees on the plight of the Monarch Butterfly.
